Waterproof Brushed 140x23mm Solid Composite Decking Board Outdoor Garden Path

This waterproof composite decking board, model TN-03C, is engineered for garden path areas that face rain, splash and daily foot traffic. It is produced from a high-density blend of recycled HDPE and fine wood powder that fuses into a stable, closed-surface plank.

Because the core absorbs almost no water, this waterproof WPC decking board will not swell, warp, crack, rot or grow mould the way natural timber does. The 140 x 23 mm profile gives a rigid, load-bearing span while keeping each board light and quick to fit.

A brushed surface provides secure anti-slip grip even when the deck is wet, and the colour stays stable under strong sunlight. This waterproof composite decking board keeps its shape and finish outdoors for 15 to 25 years without staining, sealing or annual painting.

• Fully waterproof and rot-proof core that resists swelling and mould
• Brushed anti-slip surface that stays safe when wet
• Anti-UV formula keeps colour stable under strong sunlight
• No painting, sealing, oiling or termite treatment required
• Made from recycled plastic and wood powder for a lower-carbon deck
• Hidden-clip system gives a clean, screw-free waterproof composite decking surface
• Barefoot friendly, splinter free and easy to rinse clean with water
• Suited to garden path, courtyard, terrace, patio

1. Set joist spacing at 300 - 400 mm and keep the substructure level and well drained
2. Fix the first board with stainless steel screws, then remove them after alignment
3. Install one hidden clip and screw at every joist so the board is held down tight
4. Leave a 3 - 5 mm expansion gap between boards and at all edges
5. Finish both sides with edge trim for a neat waterproof composite decking edge
6. Clean with water and a soft brush; avoid oil-based or solvent cleaners

Because the board is dimensionally stable, the same waterproof composite decking board can run around curved pools, across roof terraces and along coastal walkways where salt air quickly damages timber.

Consistent colour batches let you extend a deck years later without a visible mismatch, and the low-maintenance surface keeps busy public and private areas safe and presentable with minimal labour.
